Without AMMP, Bright Light would need to monitor their portfolio of over 230 sites across several platforms spanning their diverse vendors list, all with different features and structures. This would require more effort training people on the same feature in different platforms and never provide them with one place to go to for resolution.
AMMP allows Bright Light to do the whole portfolio management and reporting in one environment, with data in synch across all their operations, essentially eliminating this issue.
They would also spend a lot more time doing that as the different platforms need to be checked individually, without a common user interface or experience. This would not only need resources, but also introduce a significant risk of human error on monitoring, reporting and analysis inside the team due to the spread out data.
AMMP allows them to reduce the time spent on monitoring, by e.g. bringing together all vendors under one roof, improving the alerting functionality, providing customizations of dashboards, KPIs and other metrics not possible on the vendors’ platforms and dashboards for portfolio, site and device level (down to MPPT/String level).
Due to the inefficient processes and fragmented platforms, they would have to spend more time on responding to potential alerts in their portfolio. Which in turn would decrease their customer satisfaction and experience as well as cost Bright Light more money in resources spent.
AMMP enables Bright Light to reduce the response time due to its advanced alerts center, with custom alerts for every scenario, notifications on platforms such as Slack, Teams, Email or WhatsApp and real-time data in the monitoring environment.
